Director & Strategic Advisor
Stefan is a Director of Digital 365 Holdings (Pvt.) Limited, which helps companies transform digitally. He has also represented many world renowned organisations in Sri Lanka and globally such as Manipal Group, Melia Hotels, Dusit International, Far East Holdings, Ming Wah (Singapore) Agency (Pvt.) which is a subsidiary of China Merchants Group, a global Fortune 500 Company to name a few.
Stefan has also gained vast experience in the Financial Sector as an Investment Advisor representing a leading blue chip company that is listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange which is the National Development Bank (NDB). He has worked on various private placements deals as well as assisting companies raise private equity and debt through various funding partners.
Stefan was a News Anchor for the National TV station, Sri Lanka Rupavahini. He is a sort after compeer and voice over artist. Stefan attended Royal College, Colombo International School, Dulwich Prep London and then went on to complete his secondary education at Millfield School (UK) excelling in both Cricket and Football where he represented both schools and County.
Stefan went to Loughborough University (UK) and he graduated with BA (Hons) in Entrepreneurship. He has also completed his MBA in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire (UK).
Director of Operations
Shenaya Perera De Alwis is the founder and Director of Operations at Rare By Nature, a Colombo-based company dedicated to delivering nature's rarest treasures through innovative, healthy food and beverage products. With a passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to extracting the healing properties of nature, Shenaya launched Rare By Nature in March 2022, curating a portfolio that includes Ceylon brews, infused king coconut water, organic coconut rolls, spices, dried fruits, and more.
Shenaya's background combines hands-on experience in hospitality and business management with academic credentials in culinary management from the William Angliss Institute and an Associate Teacher's Diploma in Speech and Drama from Trinity College London.
Her career includes leadership roles in several Sri Lankan enterprises, such as Director Operations at Natures Rare (Pvt) Limited and Managing Shareholder at Hands Food (Pvt) Ltd, as well as practical training at leading hospitality brands like Taj Hotels and Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts.
